The New Deputy Commissioner of Udupi District M Kurma Rao Takes Charge

M Kurma Rao, takes charge as the new deputy commissioner (DC) of udupi district on September 1, Wednesday. The New DC said “I will work on priority and based on the opinion of the public, politicians and officials. I will take necessary action wherever required. I am interested in touring and through that I can interact with the general public and get opinions. I spoke to the outgoing DC and he explained me the current circumstances in Udupi. I have earlier worked as an assistant commissioner in Bhatkal. I will take up responsibilities one after another based on the priority.” He later visited the schools and interacted with the students.
