Each participant is issued a unique ID and a green ID card with a QR code, creating comprehensive player profiles. Scores and results are updated in real-time and accessible via the web. Post-event analytics and reports provide valuable insights into participation, gender distribution, and record achievements. A centralised media information hub supports group communication, flash news, and digital notice boards, with all data integrated into the KOA website after the event. Additionally, a WhatsApp channel will provide updates, scores, and action photos and videos.
