The Third Edition of MRPL Sari Walk and Run-2023 is Back Again in Mangalore: Click to Know The Details

The third edition of MRPL Sari Walk and Run-2023 will be held at the Mahatma Gandhi Park, Mannagudda at 6.30am on December 17. MediMed Solutions has unveiled an innovative programme in Mangalore to promote health awareness and celebrate traditional dress among women. The initiative also seeks to raise awareness about fitness among women in the community.

The event is sponsored by MRPL and KMF and Dakshina Kannada Co-operative Milk Producers Union.

As part of the programme, women dressed in sarees will participate in a 3km walk, with the top three performers earning cash prizes of Rs 7,500, Rs 5,000, and Rs 2,500 respectively. In addition to individual awards, the programme, includes special recognitions such as the Women Teacher Award, presented to the school and college with the highest enrollment.
