April 11: Congress-JD(S) coalition candidate for Udupi-Chikmagalur Lok Sabha constituency Pramod Madhwaraj meets the disgruntled leaders of BJP in Kundapur taluk and seeks support. Madhwaraj along with JD(S) and Congress leaders, told mediapersons that he had come to meet Kishore Kumar and Rajesh Kaveri seeking their support for his candidature. Madhwaraj said that he had not invited them to join the party but had urged the disgruntled leaders to support him in forming a stable government under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi.
