Toll Collection at Surathkal to Completely Stop From December 1: DC Ravikumar Officially Passes Order

The Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Ravikumar M R has officially passed an order stating that there will be no collection of toll at the NITK-Surathkal toll plaza on National Highway 66 from the midnight of November 30-December 1. Based on the letter issued by the project director of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Surathkal toll plaza would be merged with that of Hejmady on NH 66.

In his order, DC Ravikumar said that public can cross the toll gate without paying any toll from December 1.
