Trains Between Mangalore to Bangalore: When Will the Service be Resumed?

August 20: Following torrential rains for the past few days, multiple landslides occurred blocking the tracks in Subrahmanya, Sakleshpur and Hassan. Hills caved in on both sides of the tracks near Yedakumeri railway station, which even damaged the tracks.
Repair and restoration work is being conducted and will continue for another ten days minimum. However, the repair work is being affected due to the continuous heavy rains. Therefore, the train services may be delayed and is expected to resume by end of August.
