Travelling to Kasargod From Mangalore? Avoid This Highway: Know What Happened

October 16: A  tanker loaded with gas  has overturned at Adkattabail on the National Highway between Kasargod from Mangalore. The mishap occurred as the driver lost control over the vehicle while travelling towards Coimbatore from Mangalore through this highway. The accident has led to the leakage of gas.
Traffic on the Kasargod-Mangalore National Highway has  been suspended and vehicles are diverted to other alternate routes.
As a precautionary measure, the local residents were asked to vacate from houses and power connection disconnected in the area.
