Treatment For Arthritis Begins at Wenlock Hospital: Ayush Department Introduces The Free Ayurveda Package

The department of Ayush in Dakshina Kannada has introduced a free ayurveda treatment package for arthritis called ‘Punarbhava’ (regeneration) at Ayush Multi-speciality Hospital at the district Wenlock Hospital in the city on the occasion of National Ayurveda Day on Sunday.

Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat CEO Kumar said the main objective of all modes of treatment is achieving good health. “Ayurveda is the foundation of surgery, which was introduced by Sushrutha. The treatment in ayurveda is indeed a gift of nature as it uses natural herbs. We need to preserve ayurveda that offers cure for physical illness as well as in mental health ailments.”
