Two Mangalorean Police Officers Go Beyond Their Duties To Help A Pregnant Lady: Check Out

The police personnel are Mangalore rural police station assistant sub inspector Harish K and constable Vijay Kumar, went beyond their duties and played the role of good Samaritans. The police personnel, helped a pregnant woman who was undergoing labour pain to the hospital in the police vehicle.

The pregnant woman was travelling from Guruvayanakere by an Alto car which developed problems and came to a halt at Arkula at 1:15 am on April 24. She was accompanied by her husband. The police personnel helped her reach AJ Hospital. The woman delivered a baby boy. Both the mother and baby are healthy.
Police commissioner N Shashi Kumar has appreciated the timely help given to the pregnant lady by the two police personnel and also felicitated them.
