Union Minister Bhagwanth Khuba Inaugurated The ‘Jan Aushadhi Mithra Convention’ in MangaloreUnion Minister Bhagwanth Khuba Inaugurated The ‘Jan Aushadhi Mithra Convention’ in Mangalore Union Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Bhagwanth Khuba inaugurated the ‘Jan Aushadhi Mithra Convention’ at TV Raman Pai hall in Mangalore on October 29, Friday organized by Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Janaushadi Kendra. The Union minister mentioned that there are 8,400 Janaushadi Kendras in the country in which 14,051 types of medicines are being distributed at a discounted price of 70% to 90%. Last year, Janaushadi Kendra had Rs 665 crore business and it aims to reach Rs 800 crore in the coming year. We also plan to open more such Janaushadi Kendras. A separate app will be made where people can avail information about Janaushadi Kendras. He also said that the government will give maximum support for a fully-fledged plastic park in the district.
