Vaccination Mela in Mangalore From October 14 to 16: Vaccination Certificate Compulsory

Mangalore City Corporation (MCC) commissioner Akshy Sridhar informed that a vaccination mela is being held in Mangalore from October 14 to 16. He urged all adults to get themselves vaccinated by October 16 or face severe action. Though there has been decline in Covid cases under MCC limits, there is possibility of increase in the cases due to festive season. Preventive measures will be taken to tackle the third wave of Covid by following all kinds of Covid protocols. The MCC commissioner said that people who have who have not taken the first and second dose of vaccination will be identified and ensured they will be vaccinated. People who fail to get vaccinated, from October 16 and move around in public places without proper vaccination documents will be dealt seriously.
