Vishwa Sammelana of Billavas Along With Beach Festival Will be Held in Mangalore: Click to Know More

The Brahmashri Narayana Guru Seva Sangha will hold ‘Vishwa Sammelana’ of Billavas and beach festival in Sasihithlu from January 24 to 26, 2025, to mark the sangha’s golden jubilee celebration.

President of the Sangha B.N. Prakash Kumar said representatives of Billavas, Theeyas, Arya Edigas, Devaru, Namadhari, and other communities related to Billavas will take part in the three-day sammelana. There will also be a beach festival that will showcase art and culture of Billava communities. There will be book exhibition, cultural programmes and competitions.

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has consented to inaugurate the event on January 25 at 10.30 a.m. There will be a cultural march involving all Billava community members on January 24 at 4 pm. There will be a beach dance fest competition on the same day. There will be different cultural competitions on January 25 and on January 26.
