Water Level At Netravathi River Rises Due To Heavy Rainfall In Dakshina Kannada
August 6: Heavy rain has been lashing various parts of Dakshina Kannada district have led to a rise in the water level in Netravathi river. As on Tuesday night the water level was 6.40 meters at Bantwal whereas the danger mark of Netravathi at Bantwal is 8.5 meters.
If it continues to rain heavily for the next few days, the river may flow above the danger mark.
