Weekly Flight Services Between Mangalore & Pune Resumed After a Gap of Two Months

Weekly flight services between Mangalore and Pune resumed on Saturday, after a gap of over two months. IndiGo which introduced its flights between the two cities in late March 2022, withdrew the services from the current winter schedule over two months ago. IndiGo had introduced its flights four times a week on the Delhi-Pune-Mangalore sector.

Mangalore International Airport, the inaugural Air India Express flight, IX 2256, departed from Mangalore at 8 a.m., and arrived at Pune Airport (PNQ) at 9.25 a.m. The return flight, IX 2257, took off from Pune at 9.55 a.m. and landed in Mangalore at 11.45 a.m. The flight from Mangalore to Pune had 124 passengers including one infant.

In the evening, flight IX 2236 departs from Mangalore at 6.30 p.m. and arrives in Pune at 8 p.m., while the return flight, IX 2237, leaves Pune at 8.35 p.m. and reaches Mangalore at 10.05 p.m.
