Yellow Alert Issued in Coastal Districts: Region Likely to Experience Rain With Thunder & Lightning

The Indian meteorological department has informed that yellow alert is declared throughout the coastal region of Karnataka. There is a possibility of rain accompanied by heavy thunder and lightning in all coastal districts.

During day time sun will be harsh while at night the region is experiencing rains. The IMD has informed that the same condition will continue for one more week. Due to the intense sunshine, pressure is created in certain areas which receive rain when wind blows on such areas.
