55-year-old woman loses life as train knocks her down
Padma (55), a resident of Sootarpete lost her life after a train knocked her while crossing railway track at Sootarpete, Valencia in Mangalore on Wednesday, March 27.
Residents of Sootarpete alleged that there are no safety measure taken when the trains run on the tracks.
Railway police arrived at the spot and are investigating the accident.
