Notice served to 18 polling booth officers
April 3: 18 polling booth officers and assistant polling booth officers who had failed to attend the training held on March 31 have been served notices by Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Hephsiba Rani Korlapati.
The officials had not taken prior permission from the deputy commissioner for not attending the training. The officials have been directed to respond to notices within 24 hours.
