MLA Vedavyas Kamath Obliges to Small Girl’s Request: Installs Tulu Board on Mangaladevi Temple Road

Mangalore South MLA Vedavyas Kamath recently inaugurated the Tulu script board on the main road leading to the famous Mangaladevi temple in Mangalore.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Kamath said that while attending an event in Tulu, a little girl, Shishmita had appealed to install a board having tulu script on the road leading towards the temple. Obliging to her request, the tulu script board was installed on the temple road with the help of Tuluver Kudla organization.

MLA Vedavyas Kamath mentioned that already efforts are being made to recognize Tulu as an official language. Also, there is a need to promote a lot of Tulu script and encourage such activities.
