Eminent Tulu artists Bhojaraj Vamanjoor and Aravind Bolar have been chosen for the prestigious state level Rotary Annual “Vandana Award – 2022” in recognition of their invaluable contributions, in the field of Entertainment and coastal wood film industry. The award is jointly instituted by Rotary Club of Mangalore Central and Rotaract Club of Mangalore City, which will be conferred on Bhojaraj Vamanjoor and Aravind Bolar in appreciation of their exemplary achievements in the field of Tulu Drama and Film.
The award comprises of a citation, plaque and memento. Mangalore City Police Commissioner Mr. Shashikumar will grace the occasion as Chief Guest and will feliciatate the Awardees in a function to be held on Thursday 28.04.2022 at 08.00 pm at Kanara Club, Mangalore. Rotary Club and Rotaract club annually confer their prestigious state level Vandana Award to the exemplary achievers in the field of sports, literature, Industry, business, Banking, Music, Medical Science, Engineering, Art, Culture and community Service as a part of their Vocational Service projects, revealed by Award Selection Committee Chairman Rtn.
