Action Plan For Tourism Development in DK Will Be Ready on September 27: Dinesh Gundu Rao

Dakshina Kannada Health and Family Welfare and Dakshina Kannada district in-charge Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao informed that a meeting of all stakeholders will be held in Mangalore on World Tourism Day on September 27 to chalk out an action plan for development of tourism sector in the district.

More focus will be on conducting events like surfing, triathlon and other events happening during the year. On the demand for a bridge connecting Sultan Battery and Tannirbhavi beach, coastal regulation zone clearance is yet to be obtained for the work, he added.
