Alva’s Pragati is Scheduled on August 1 & 2 at Moodbidri: As Many As 16000 Job Offers Will be Available

As many as 16,000 jobs for Alva’s Pragati, the mega placement drive which is being organised by Alva’s Foundation, Moodbidri, on August 1 and 2.

Foundation Managing Trustee Vivek Alva said that the organisers have approved participation by 285 companies. The Foundation was conducting the free placement drive since 2007 as its corporate social responsibility initiative to provide job opportunities to deserving rural candidates. To date, 61,517 candidates were shortlisted with 36,151 candidates securing spot job offers.

Alva’s Pragati features participation of top recruiters representing major sectors, including IT, ITeS, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Pharma, Sales and Retail, Banking and Finance, Hospitality, Education, Media and NGO. These sectors offer a large number of openings for Graduates, Postgraduates, Diploma, ITI and SSLC pass candidates in various streams.

Participating companies’ details will be updated on real time basis at www.alvaspragati.com. Candidates can visit the site on regular basis. Online registration at http://alvaspragati.com/CandidateRegistration was compulsory for aspirants to streamline and digitise the process.
