BJP DK District President Sudarshan Moodbidri Admits His Children to Government School: Sticks to His Words

BJP Dakshina Kannada district president Sudarshan Moodbidri on several occasions, has spoken about protecting Kannada government schools.
Despite all his relatives and friends sending their children to private English-medium schools, Sudarshan has admitted his two sons to the 153-year-old Government Higher Primary School Moodbidri Main. Next year, his youngest son will also join his brothers at the government school.

Also on several platforms, he has been stressing on the importance of protecting government schools. These days, most government schools are on par with any private school, in terms of providing quality education.
Sudarshan’s father and Sudarshan studied in the same school. At present, his elder son Hrudayesha is in class V, and Krupesha is in class III. Next year, his youngest son Chiranjivisha will seek admission to the same school.

The biggest advantage of sending children to a government school, is that they grow up with children from different backgrounds, who are often poor, and understand their problems, which will probably help them develop as better individuals,” said Sudarshan, who plans to take up school infrastructure development works through public support, and MLA and MP funds.
