Cadet From Mangalore Awarded Gold Medal Excellent Performance in Ship Modeling for Karnataka

Cadet Captain Prashanth P Koti from Mangalore who represented Karnataka and Goa at the Republic Day Camp RDC 2023 Delhi was awarded a gold medal in Powered Ship Modeling, Gold medal in VIP Modeling, and Admiral Nanda Trophy also known as Silver Ship for their excellent performance in Ship Modeling for Karnataka

The silver ship award was bagged for the first time in the history by the directorate. Koti, NCC cadet of 6 KAR Naval NCC Unit, Udupi and a third-year student of electronics and communication engineering at St Joseph engineering college, Vamanjoor. Cadet Captain Prashanth P Koti is the first-batch cadet of 6 KAR Naval NCC sub-unit of the college. He was one of three selected for RDC from Karnataka & Goa Directorate in ship modelling.
