Cartoon contest to create voting awareness: SVEEP Commmittee

District Sveep committee in Mangalore will organise a cartoon competition on the theme of creating awareness on voting. The cartoon should be 6X10 inch in size. Two such cartoons should be scanned and sent to varthamng@gmail.com. the competition is meant for People above 18 years. The winners will get cash prizes and winning cartoons will be exhibited at the Town Hall in Mangalore on April 4.
Along with this, a rangoli and photography competition and an exhibition will also be held on April 4 at Town Hall.
