Chairman of Mahindra Group appreciates Mangalore Farmer’s Invention, thinks of marketing it!

June 19: Ganapathi Bhat  a farmer from Sajipa invented a tree motor bike to  climb arecanut trees with great ease.
Bhat took six years to develop[ this bike and has installed a gear box. The bike also has a 2 stroke engine along with shock absorbers, disk brake and safety lock. A person can climb 90 areca trees using one liter petrol. The bike has been estimated at a cost of Rs 75000. This invention caught everyone’s eye and was appreciated by all.

Anand Mahindra, chairman of Mahindra Group has also appreciated this unique investion by Ganapathi bhat. In his tweet recently, Anand mahindra has mentioned about this invention and has appreciated the efforts of Bhat. He has also mentioned that Mahindra group would like to market the bike under their farm solution portfolio.
