Charmadi Ghat Road to be Developed at a Cost of Rs 343.74 Crores : MP Nalin Kumar Kateel
Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel has said that road developmental works in Charmady Ghat area on the National Highway 73 on the Mangalore-Moodigere-Tumakuru division will be taken up at a cost of Rs 343.74 crores.
The Union Minister for Road Transport and Highway Nitin Gadkari has through a letter informed him that the project of widening a 10.8 km stretch of road on the Charmady Ghat by converting it into a two-lane road with paved shoulder has been approved. The project will be implemented on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis.
