“Coalition state Government will collapse after poll results”: Kota Srinivas Poojary

May 21: Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council Kota Srinivas Poojary said that the coalition government will collapse after the poll results are announced. Poojary said the exit polls had showed the prospects of BJP coming to power again.
Poojary said that BJP State President B S Yeddyurappa had exuded confidence that BJP would get more than 22 seats in Karnataka and the exit polls have been mirroring the same scenario. He stated that even though the exit polls have been predicting 20 seats for BJP in Karnataka, the party is hopeful of getting more than 22 seats.
Cracks developed in coalition government during the Lok Sabha election. Now with BJP more or less coming to power again, the internal clashes have reached the pinnacle. This state government, led by Congress-JDS, will collapse soon, he added.
