DC Mullai Muhilan Gives Guidelines to Use Crackers During This Deepavali: Check Out
Dakshina Kannada Deputy commissioner Mullai Muhilan MP said all firecracker shops and dealers in the district should sell only green crackers during Deepawali and Tulsi Puja.
The DC has informed that lighting crackers is also banned from 10 pm to 6 am said that loud noise making fire crackers have been banned and public should not use fire crackers that make sound above 125 decibels or 145 peak noise. He warned that fire crackers are not allowed near schools, hospitals and places of worship. The DC has further asked public to refrain from using fire crackers in narrow places and instead use fire crackers in open areas or ground.
