DC Rajendra Orders to Ensure Sufficient Drinking Water Supply in The District

DK district Deputy commissioner K V Rajendra has instructed all tahsildars to conduct periodical meetings of task forces that exist in all taluks so that water scarcity does not arise in summer. The DC mentioned that so far there has been no water shortage but care should be taken to prevent any scarcity in future also.

The DC also mentioned that the concerned people should take necessary steps to prevent accidents while working at heights on under construction buildings. Factories should take steps to prevent any kind of chemical leakage and also hold mock drill to assess the readiness. When accidents take place in hospitals, emergency response should be very quick. Mock drills needs to be held in order to get ready for real situations, he added.
