Death Threat to Janardhan Poojary: One Person Arrested

March 19: Ex- Union minister and Congress leader Janardhan Poojary was threatened on social media to be encountered and killed.
Hakim, the accused from Puttur has been arrested by Kavoor Police while he was returning for his holiday from Saudi Arabia.
Poojary in a mass marriage event held in Kudroli temple in December had said that Building Ram Mandir in Ayodhya cannot be stopped. This statement had triggered anger in many and Janardhan Poojary was threatened via social media.
A case was registered in December and Kavoor Police has successfully nabbed the accused here at MIA today.
