DK District Administration to Begin Postcard Campaign Under SVEEP Activity: Click to Know

The Dakshina Kannada district administration will start a postcard campaign in which students will write to their parents, relatives and friends urging them to exercise their franchise on May 10.

Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer and SVEEP District Nodal Officer Kumara said students staying in hostels and college students will send postcards. Hostels in the district have been identified. The students will be given postcards to write to their family and friends to exercise their right to vote. The postcards will be collected later and then post them. Similarly, college students will also get postcards. Nearly 35,000 postcards will be used.
