Do Not Miss Out on The Mango Jackfruit Mela That is Happening in Mangalore From Today

The Dakshina Kannada district administration, in association with the zilla panchayat and department of horticulture, has organised a mango and jackfruit mela under the theme ‘Direct Sales from Farmers to Consumers’ at Kadri Park from May 9 to 13, Thursday to Monday respectively. The event will be inaugurated on Thursday by deputy commissioner Mullai Muhilan MP, and Anandh K, the ZP CEO, Dakshina Kannada.

A total 20 eligible traders have been given the opportunity to sell mangoes, jackfruits, and related products at the fair. The fair will feature various varieties of high-quality and naturally ripened mangoes, such as Alphonso, Badami, Mallika, Rasapuri, Malgova, Sendur, Kalpad, Totapuri, Benganpalli, and Sugar Baby.
