Eid to be Celebrated in Across Dakshina Kannada & Udupi Districts on April 22
Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated across Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts on April 22, Saturday as the moon crescent moon for the month of Shawwal is expected to be sighted on April 21.
The Joint Khazi of Udupi, Hassan and Chikkamagalur districts Alhaj Abdul Hameed Musliyar Maani and Ullal Qazi Sayyed Fazal Koyamma Tangal Al Bukhari and Bhatkal Qazi in separate communiques have said that the festival will be celebrated on April 22.
