Fish truck owners given a deadline to install waste containers

May 11: Mangalore city Commissioner of Police Sandeep Patil said that the drive to stop fish trucks from spilling nauseating fish waste water on the roads will continue.
A notice was issued to fish trucks owners on May 6, according to which they should fix containers and make vehicles leak-proof. The fish truck owners are given one month’s time to install contained to avoid waste water from falling on the roads. The drive by the police will continue and cases will be filed against those found violating guidelines.
