Girl Hangs herself after PUC results were declared

April 16: A student who failed in the second PUC Kannada examination, has committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence at Hebri on April 15, Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Prajna (18) of Nadumane village of Hebri. Sources said she took the extreme step after she was informed her about the result by her relatives in Bengalore.
It is gathered that her mother and grandmother were at home when she hanged herself.
A case has been registered by Hebri police.
