The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), Southern Zone, will operate a Panch Jyotirling Yatra on a Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train from November 21 to December 1 (10 nights, 11 days) via Mangalore Junction.
The special tourist train, with package code SZBG24, will originate at Tirunelveli Junction on November 21 at 5.30 a.m. Pilgrims will be taken to five prominent Jyotirlinga temples – Nageshwar, Somnath, Bhimashankar, Triambakeshwar, and Girishneshwar – along with a visit to the historic Ellora Caves. The destinations include Dwaraka-Dwarakadhish temple, Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, Beyt Dwaarka, and Rukmini Mandir, Somnath-Somnath Jyotirling, Pune-Bhimashankar Jyotirling, Nasik-Triambakeshwar Jyotirling and Panchwati, and Aurangabad-Grishneshwar Jyotirling, and Ellora Caves.
Tourists may board the train at the following junctions: Tirunelveli Junction, Nagercoil Town, Thiruvananthapuram Central, Kollam Junction. Chengannur, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Thrissur, Shoranur Junction, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Mangalore Junction.
The package tariff for a passenger will be ₹19,770 for sleeper (₹18,500 for child aged between 5 and 11), ₹31,930 for standard (AC 3-tier) (₹30,440 for child), and ₹42,010 for comfort (AC 2-tier) (₹40,220 for child) class.
