JR Lobo slams MLA D Vedavyas Kamath over housing projects.

Former MLA J R Lobo slams MLA D Vedavyas regarding the construction township under Ashraya Project that intented to house 930 poor families at Shaktinagar. Even though most of the paper work had been completed & the construction was about to begin, the environmentalist had got a stay on the project saying a good number of trees would be cut down if the project gets started. It may be recalled that during several meeting at Zilla Panchayat MLA Vedavyas Kamath had held J R Lobo responsible for the incompletion of the project.

J R Lobo threatened to file a defamation case against Kamath, if he continued to level baseless allegations against him. Lobo sought to know how much funds MLA Kamath had bought to is constituency in the last nine months, adding the latter was not even successful in completing the projects sanctioned by the earlier State Government.
