Kuldeep Kumar Jain Takes Charge as The New Police Commissioner of Mangalore City

Kuldeep Kumar Jain takes charge as the new Mangalore City Police Commissioner on February 24, Friday. The earlier Commissioner N Shashi Kumar has been posted as DIG of Railways. Kuldeep was earlier serving as Bengaluru West Traffic DCP. He is a 2011 batch IPS officer.

The new Commissioner who spoke to reporters after taking charge, said police personnel must not give scope for corruption. He also said all unlawful activities will be dealt sternly.
