Lady from Mumbai files a complaint at Manipal police station: know why?

April 11: Mohini, who is a native of Heroor in Udupi district was residing at Thane near Mumbai. Mohini was travelling from Mumbai to Udupi with her children and other relatives in Mumbai-Kochuveli Super Fast Express Train. She was carrying 131 grams of gold ornaments and cash worth Rs 50,000.
After reaching her house in Udupi on Wednesday, April 10, she checked her bag and found that the gold ornaments and cash was missing. She immediately filed a complaint with Manipal police station.
The police have contacted RPF personnel but they are yet to achieve a breakthrough. They are also checking the details of fellow passengers who traveled with Mohini in the same train in order to ascertain whether a gang or an individual person was behind the incident.
