Lok Sabha Election dates have created confusion among the degree students!

Degree student are in the state of confusion as their exams are colliding with the upcoming Lok Sabha election Dates. Voting for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will be held on April 18 and 23 in Karnataka. The examinations of the degree students are also being held on the same dates which has left them in a state of confusion.

It is known that the degree examinations in the colleges affiliated to Mangalore University may begin in the second week of April. Few autonomous colleges of the coastal belt have announced the timetable for the degree examinations which will be held from April 10 to April 30.

The students of outstation districts studying here are in a dilemma whether they should go to their native places for voting or not.

Voting for the Lok Sabha elections will be held in two phases in Karnataka. In the first phase, voting will be held on on April 18 in 14 constituencies including Mangaluru and Udupi-Chikkamagaluru constituencies.  In the second phase the voting will be held on April 23 for rest of the 14 constituencies including Uttara Kannada and Shivamogga.
