March 12: Mangalore is going towards becoming a Smart City, but today we found a photo of a person urinating on the newly constructed footpaths at Mannagudda.

Mangalore has recently seen many areas where foot paths are being constructed and now moving faster towards becoming a smart city.
Many Mangaloreans are working towards making the city beautiful. Groups like Ramakrisna Mission and few other organisations are cleaning the city voluntarily, but this image has shows that some people have not understood about cleanliness yet.
