Mangalore City Police Conduct Special Drive to Interact With Senior Citizens: Great Initiative

Mangalore city police conducted a special drive to visit the houses of senior citizens and get engaged in interactions with them on August 6th, Sunday.

The initiative was part of the police’s efforts to connect with senior citizens and ensure the well-being of the elderly residents in the community. City police commissioner Kuldeep Kumar R Jain said the police personnel visited 438 houses.

During the visits, the police personnel engaged in conversations with the elderly residents, inquiring about their well-being, safety, and any specific concerns they might have. The drive aimed to establish a sense of security and trust between the senior citizens and the police force.
