Mangalore Junction Will be Upgraded to International Standards: PM Modi to Virtually Lay Foundation
Mangalore Junction Railway station will be upgraded to international standards under the Amrit Bharath station scheme at a cost of Rs 19.32 crores. On August 6, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for the upgradation through video conferencing.
During the current year’s budget, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had said that Mangaluru Junction, Mangaluru Central Subrahmanya and Bantwal railway stations will be upgraded.
