India Meteorological Department informed that heavy to very heavy rain (115.6 mm to 204.4 mm) with sustained wind (30-40 kmph) is likely to occur at a few places and extremely heavy rain (204.5 mm and above) with sustained wind (30-40 kmph) likely to occur at one or two places over Dakshina Kannada, Uttara Kannada, and Udupi districts on Thursday and Friday.
