Yashwanth, a student from Kadeshwalya Government High School, in Dakshina Kannada created a multifunctional agricultural machine that was chosen for a science display in southern India and received much acclaim. Yashwanth’s machine is one of the models chosen from the Dakshina Kannada district in the personal phase of the show, which includes 20 models chosen from Karnataka for the Thrissur scientific expo.
The multi-purpose agricultural machine that Yashwanth invented recently had received an award at the state-level show held in Dharwad. He will now take part in the South Indian-level science expo, which will take place from January 27 to January 31 in Thrissur, Kerala.
The Kemmannu natives Lokesh and Pavithra are the parents of Yashwanth. His math teacher Geetha Kumari assisted Yashwanth in creating the model. Yashwanth’s model has already won first place at scientific shows held at the district and taluk levels.
