NHAI Promises to Fill All Potholes Between Sakleshpur & Mangalore NH 75 by January 15

Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner M. R. Ravi Kumar said that the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has promised to remove all potholes between Sakleshpur & Mangalore On NH 75 by January 15, 2023. This will ensure smooth movement of vehicles.

NHAI officials were earlier asked to complete the work by December 20, in view of international cultural jamboree of Bharath Scouts and Guides at Alva’s College in Moodbidri between December 21 and 27, and Karavali Utsav in Mangalore in the last week of December or first week of January, as both events will attract many visitors who will travel by the highway. However as officials have said that it was difficult to complete the work by then,  directives have been issued to complete the work by January 15, the DC said.
