Nitte International film Festival to commence on April 8

The third edition of Nitte International film Festival will be held at Bharath cinemas from April 8 to April 11. The screening of all the films along with the discussions are open to public on the basis of first come first serve.
Acclaimd Director P sheshadri will inaugurate the film festival.

The film festival aims to showcase the films which are critically acclaimed across the world and provide platform for film makers. The festival will host celebrities such as rishab shetty, Vaidehi, Sumitra Bhave, Veena Bakshi, Abhaya SimhaJayaprakash Radhakrishnan and many more.
There will be an interaction session with the film-maker after screening his film. Along with this a panel  discussion on film criticism is also included.
The festival will open with screening of  ‘Mookajjiya Kanasugalu’ and close with ‘Kumabalangi Nights’ (Malayalam).
The line-up includes; ‘Ee ma yu’ (Malayalam), ‘Kaala’ (Tamil), ‘Paddayi’ (Tulu), ‘October’ (Hindi), ‘Tumbbad’ (Hindi), ‘Redu’ (Marathi), ‘Dithee’ (Marathi), ‘Sarkari Hiri Prathamika Shaale-Kasaragod’ (Kannada), ‘Abhyakto’ (Bengali)
