Old woman murdered: Here is the reason

July 8: An 80-year-old woman from Subramanyanagar in town was brutally murdered with lethal weapons. The deceased has been identified as Ratnavati Shetty. The police suspects the crime to be taken place somewhere between July 2 and 5.
As per the information received, the gold ornament on the body of the deceased is missing. The miscreants have also ransacked the house searching for valuables.
The aged lady was living alone as her four children were staying in far away places. The couple, who were tenants of the deceased, are missing from from few days. A case has been registered at Udupi police station.
