Online Booking For Trekking at Kumaraparvatha Likely to Start Soon

Forest minister Eshwar Khandre visited Kumara Parvatha, a renowned trekking destination in the state near Kukke Sri Subrahmanya Temple recently.

The minister visited the spot in the wake of environmentalists having raised concern over an increase in the number of trekkers to Kumara Parvatha. He sought details from officials about the trekking point and directed officials to begin online booking for trekking on Kumara Parvatha immediately. The minister also directed officials to provide drinking water and all other necessary facilities for trekkers.
