Pair of Buffaloes Representing Indian Medical Association Mangalore Branch to Participate in Kambala For The First Time
A pair of buffaloes representing the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Mangalore branch, will participate in the Mulooru-Aduru floodlight Jodukere Kambala, scheduled for Friday.
Dr Ranjan RK, president, IMA Mangalore branch said that IMA Mangalore is participating in the traditional kambala sports event for the first time, under the leadership of Avin BR Alva, general secretary of IMA Mangalore. This initiative aims to strengthen the bond between the public and the doctors. Moreover, a first-aid counter will be operational throughout the event, he added.
